||The cheese is produced in Bulgarian companies licensed according the requirements of the EU. It is made according traditional technology and requires minimum mature of 45 days. During the production is used high quality caw, sheep and goat milk which fulfill the European requirements. The water content is regulated naturally during the process of mature of the cheese.
Keeping the original recipe and production technology guarantee the specific taste and flavor of the classic Bulgarian white brined cheese. It is a healthy product suitable for daily use from all age groups.
